A U.S. spokesperson for Audi has responded to the lawsuit filed in Hamburg Regional Court in Germany this week by Eight Mile Style LLC, Eminem’s publishing company. The German automobile manufacturer is being sued for using an unauthorized sample of Eminem’s Academy Award-winning song “Lose Yourself” from his film “8 Mile.” The Audi spokesperson told Yahoo! Music that the video that has sparked the debate is not a commercial. “The video referred to is not an advertisement,” he said via email. “Also, this does not involve Audi of America. The video was not shown here in the U.S.” The spokesperson added that due to the legal nature of the matter, he could not comment further. In the European spot for the 2012 Audi A6 Avant, a professionally-dressed man drives the luxury vehicle through a city as the memorable guitar rift and snare taps from “Lose Yourself” play in the background. The song choice and the video concept have also drawn comparisons to a 2011 Super Bowl advertisement Eminem made for Chrysler. “We believe Audi not only used ‘Lose Yourself’ to sell their product without permission, but their spot actually feels inspired by elements of Chrysler’s commercial campaign,” a spokesperson for Eight Mile Style told Billboard. In Eminem’s advertisement for the Chrysler 200, a faceless driver tours Detroit, showing both the rundown and flourishing parts of the city. The marquee on the town’s landmark Fox Theater reads, “Keep Detroit Beautiful,” a reference to Eminem’s 2009 song “Beautiful.” The rapper is revealed as the driver of the car.The 2012 Audi A6 clip is a more pristine version of the Chrysler 200 spot. According to Billboard, Chrysler had not announced any plans to also file a suit against Audi. Eminem wasn’t the only pop star involved in a conflict this week. His “Love The Way You Lie” duet partner Rihanna received flack for her violent new video, “Man Down.” But otherwise, other A-list musicians had a more positive week. Lady Gaga sold more than one million copies of her “Born This Way” album. Pink and her husband, Carey Hart, welcomed the birth of their baby girl. Here's a new movie which features Daniel Craig in the lead. "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" Is a movie whose release is slated to be sometime around 12th December 2011. I'm still not sure what the movie's about because the teaser trailer is not very informative however, I like the sex imagery in it. Here's what I gathered about the movie by googling it over and over again. In this David Fincher remake of the 2009 Swedish film of the same name, Daniel Craig acts as a discredited journalist who tries to show that even the wealthiest of families always have skeletons in the closet. Both him and actress Rooney Mara try to investigate a forty year old murder of Harriet Vanger (character name) whose uncle suspects that she might have been murdered by someone in the family. The problem is that the closer they get to solving the crime, the higher are their chances of being done away with by the members of the family. This is because the family is willing to go to great lengths to keep their secrets tightly sealed. I still haven't seen the original Swedish film to say whether or not the storyline is worth spending money to watch it on big screen this winter, But I don't want to judge this movie already on a couple of synopsis' that I read Well here's the sneak preview trailer to the movie. Oh and in case you're wondering if that background theme song is familiar, well, its Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails) and Karen O's (The Yeah Yeah Yeahs) cover of Led Zep's "Immigrant Song".

I've always liked sneaker boots because I have flat feet, so they give me the support I need and because of their chunky look they hide my flat footed nature very well and go well with my big calves. Here are a couple of pairs that I like especially.  
Oho….pretty, pretty, pretty. This isn't a shoe, it's a boy toy. But on a more serious note, Christian Louboutin has started making some seriously smart sneakers. These chunky man boots have a tough leather exterior, and the leather straps that seem to go all the way around the shoe give it a definitive rocker look. These shoes aren't as available as you think. They sell out fast , so it would be a good idea that you go out and buy a pair for yourselves now.  
Here's another chunky shoe that is ideal for fat and flat feet. The Raf Simons Lace-Up High Top Leather Trainers seem like another cool casual wear that allows applies a bit of practical knowledge. I love the way the shoelaces work themselves through a large number of holes in the front, but to avoid settling these laces everyday, the sneakers also come with a cool zip at the back so that it's an easy, slip-in, comfortable fit. It's ideal for those days when you're in a rush or just out shoe shopping.  
It's hard to come across something by Dior where you're going to say that you hate it completely. I'm not implying that he's a mediocre designer in the least, but that he never fails to impress. I think there are a lot of actors these days that beat people like Johnny Depp, I mean anyone who claims to know movies will understand that the man had his time and the fourth addition of Pirates of the Caribbean was not part of that. So in my head, here are a few male actors that were underrated because they excelled at some obscure role that didn't resemble the straight forward eccentricities that most look for in any commercial film. 
1) The first on my list would undoubtedly have to be Sam Riley, when he acted as the iconic and bipolar Ian Curtis of Joy Division in "Control", he took my breath away. A seriously depressing role (in a good way) that makes you sink on the inside and makes you feel the depression which Curtis was famous for. It is still one of the few movies that can move me to tears, because there's something about his role and the black and white imagery of the movie that keeps him at a lonely distance. 
2) Second on this list would have to be, Michael Fassbender, well he's gaining a lot more acceptance now as an actor because of his role as Magneto in the new X-Men First class, but I was floored by his role as Lt. Archie in "Inglorious Basterds". His talent as an actor was evident when the German Gestapo officer questions him about his accent and how he is eventually caught because of the way he orders his drinks. The scene reeks of tension that is mostly set forward by him trying to maintain his composure. 
3) Benicio Del Toro, looking as distinguished as ever with the beard, well he gets a lot of recognition, but not as much as he deserves. His role in "Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas", alongside then talented Johnny Depp, showcases the sluggish acting that he is famous for, as well as the attitude that most stoners are known for. 
4) Tim Roth is another name not to be reckoned with, His role as the quirky bell boy in Quentin Tarantino's "Four Rooms" is like something you'd see if you were on acid. The sudden jerky movements shows someone who tries to reason between what is right and what is wrong, but at the end of the movie, cutting off someone's finger and getting his dues seemed like a fair bargain. 
5) Dwayne, The stubborn "mute" in Little Miss Sunshine was played by Paul Dano. Unconventional in his approach as always, Dano portrayed a man of character a lot more than any of the other characters did in the movie. His immovable love for his sister showed more masculinity than the pussy that he made himself out to be. It's definitely not easy trying to make people understand this shirt, but I think this Yigel Azrouel Moth Shirt is a one of a kind. Imagine people asking you why you're wearing an old shirt to such a kick ass party? Its kind of like an internal rebellion between what people expect you to wear and what's considered normal. I'm kind of an eccentric person when it comes to dressing myself so I think this is absolutely unique, And since fashion is a perfect platform for expression, it seems totally apt that I would fancy this piece from Yigal Azrouel.  
I've always been a huge fan of stripes, stripes and more stripes. So when I came across this shirt, I just had to put it down here as well. It is a Yigal Azrouel A-symmetrical Stripe Henley. It has a lazy, easy fit look to it that is perfect for casual wear. The five buttons on top can either be left open or closed. If kept open, then throw on your favorite shirt underneath this, plain colors would do just fine. The ingenious idea of the zip is quite radical and innovative. Wear this with jeans, chinos or shorts for a cool touch of non-chalance.  
Ive always been quite conscious about my size not because I'm not proud of being a big guy but being part of the larger men group (trust me, I am), but because my "bigness" is quite unevenly distributed. This shirt with it's big checks is perfect for giving anyone big guy that big bulky look that will make you look like that sexy bouncer that chasers are dying to get their freak on with. I also love the idea of the zipped breast pockets that give you that "big pec" look.
